Garside Sands produces specialist graded silica sands and serves diverse
markets including sports, water filtration and many industrial applications.
Silica sand has been quarried in and around Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire,
for over 100 years by generations of the Garside family. Garside Sands
operates today as a significant part of Bardon
Aggregates, an
Aggregate Industries Ltd business.
Garside Sands has acquired a reputation synonymous with quality products
and excellent service and has achieved ISO 9001:2000 accreditation. New
applications of graded silica sand are continually being researched and
developed to address UK and international market needs.
